Exchange Policy :
To proceed to make a change, the following steps must be performed:
Changes can only be made to those products that have the same amount, otherwise a return must be made. If the reason for the change is unrelated to the brand , such as a change in size or incorrect interpretations of the products, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For changes in measurements or models, a return in which the full cost of the product will be paid (without shipping costs) to later make a new purchase with the desired products. Peninsula and Balearic Islands, transport costs will be €8 approx. and it will be issued by means of a bank transfer in favor of Ripshop Home as long as it is within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned, in the same conditions in which it was sent, in perfect condition and with the complete original packaging.
As? Follow these steps:
- Fill in the form or contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org communicating the cause or reason for the change, your order number and your name and images of the product requested for the change.
- Once this request is received, we will contact you to inform you of the bank account number. Once the transfer is received, we will proceed to give you the collection time of the transport company.
- Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses, and after checking its status, we will proceed to inform you how long it will take to send the new product.
In case of defect in any product or error on our part:
Send us photos where we can see the product defect or shipping error along with your information and order number to: email@example.com
Once verified, the change will be accepted by Ripshop, taking charge of the shipping costs generated by said process.
- Change: the same merchandise will be replaced to the client without any cost and the product with the defect or mistake will be collected.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be taken:
Request a refund before 30 days natural from the receipt of the product via email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please, let us know in this e-mail the order number, name and the reason for which you return the item.
Once your return request is received, we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow.
The return will be borne by the customer. Prepare the package to be sent in its original packaging, and make sure that it is in perfect condition as you received it and without being used. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.
In the following 30 working days, the amount of the purchase will be refunded. The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the purchase.
As? Follow these steps:
- Fill out the form or contact us by email at email@example.com indicating the order number, name and the reason for which you are returning the item.
- Once this request is received, we will contact you to tell you how to proceed with the return. Send us the merchandise by your own means to: Gramage Textil SL , Carrer de les perxes, s/n– 46870 Ontinyent (Valencia)
- We appreciate an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number or shipping information once you have done it in order to receive it in our warehouse.
- Once we receive and check the merchandise that is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item.
