Exchange policy:

To proceed to make a change, the following steps must be performed:

If the reason for the change is unrelated to the brand , such as a change in measurement or incorrect interpretations of the products, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The product must be returned, in the same conditions in which it was sent, in perfect condition and with the complete original packaging.

As? Follow these steps:

  1. Email to atc@sgpartners.es indicating the order number, name and the change you want to make.
  2. Once this request is received, we will contact you to tell you how to proceed with the change so we can give you a personalized solution to your problem.

In the event of a defect in any product or error on our part:

Send us photos where we can see the product defect or shipping error along with your information and order number to: atc@sgpartners.es

Once verified, the change will be accepted by Decolores Home, taking charge of the shipping costs generated by said process.

  • Exchange: the same merchandise will be replaced to the customer at no cost and the product with the defect or mistake will be collected.

Return policy:

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be taken:

Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product via email to atc@sgpartners.es. Please let us know in this email the order number, name and the reason why you are returning the item.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to tell you the steps to follow.

The return will be the responsibility of the customer. Prepare the package to be sent in its original packaging, and make sure it is in perfect condition as you received it and unused. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.

In the following 30 business days, the purchase amount will be refunded. The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the purchase.

  3. Once we receive and verify the merchandise is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item.
